SNOMED Database Load Scripts
We offer utilities for loading SNOMED CT and transitive closure tables into a variety of different database environments. These are made freely available to the community with an Apache 2 license. These projects are also hosted on Github.
DB Load Scripts: We have created a collection of scripts for loading RF2 data from SNOMED CT US Edition or International Edition into an Oracle or a MySQL database. Watch the training video we produced here on YouTube. Note: If you have your own RF2 data files or earlier versions that you would like to be able to load into an Oracle or a MySQL database, email us at info@westcoastinformatics.com.

Transitive Closure Scripts: We have deprecated separate transitive closure scripts and folded all of the functionality into the db load scripts described above. The transitive closure file now gets computed automatically and no extra steps are required.
