Updates for Second Quarter 2022
WCI News
Automated Mapping - WCI has been developing an Automated Mapping Platform and is excited to have a new instance go live. This deployment identifies SNOMEDCT and ICD10 concepts directly from consumer language. This deployment also includes a Subject Matter Expert (SME) review component to support challenging content entry that cannot be confidently mapped. Contact us to talk about how WCI can support your mapping needs.
WCI is currently developing a module for our core Terminology Server platform to support curation of subsets for managing real world data in disease areas like cancer and rare childhood neurological disorders. The goal is to curate disease specific terminology lists for annotation of real patient data to provide a consistent longitudinal perspective of patient care and treatment over the lifecycle of their disease. Let us know how we can help you manage your patient data.

We are looking forward to the upcoming 2022 SNOMEDCT business meetings and Expo in Lisbon, Portugal. We’re excited to participate in a number of different ways:
Sponsoring the James Read Memorial Lecture and introducing Gong Mengchun, M.D.
Presenting our session “Less Is More: Use-Case Driven Terminology Implementation“. This session explores managing subsets across multiple terminologies for targeted use cases. Our goal is to streamline terminology deployments and usage.
Demonstrating the release of the Refset Management Tool to the Managed Service User Group. Come by our booth at the expo for more information or to just catch up!
We are making progress towards general availability of our Terminology-as-a-Service platform, TermHub™. Check out our website product page for emerging details. We are looking to bring on early adopters to the platform in summer 2022!
